SparkLabs Customization Process

We survey your team beforehand, gather use cases, and tailor the class around your actual workflows, so every exercise feels relevant, timely, and applicable.

Survey Distribution.
We can distribute the survey directly to your team, or you can distribute the survey via a link we provide.
Surveys Returned.
Your staff has 4 days to complete the concise 10-minute survey. The survey results will provide valuable insights for tailoring the training.
Asset Review Meeting.
In 3 days, ONLC collates the results of the survey and selects the top candidates for SparkLabs. We then meet with training coordinators to review proposed cases and associated assets.
Asset Delivery Deadline.
Your team has 4 days from the Asset Review Meeting to provide us with suitable example assets for use in the SparkLabs. We can also create industry-related but not company-specific assets if needed.
Training Delivery.
After we receive your examples, our Educational Design Team will craft bespoke SparkLabs exercises that we then deliver in the training events.

To ensure maximum relevance and immediate applicability, sections of the content will be customized using workflows and documents you provide. To protect your confidential information ONLC can sign a NDA if needed.
