   Before anything is built, we send a pre-training survey to your group. We’re looking for two things: where people are with AI right now, and where the real friction lives in their day-to-day workflows. What do people repeat every week? Which tasks quietly eat hours? Those are the workflows where building in AI makes the biggest difference.
2. We design AI into your team’s real work.
   We analyze the survey results, identify the highest-value workflows, and review them with your leadership before building anything. A common example: someone pulls from three data sources every week to produce a report, and it takes an hour or two every time. We rebuild that workflow with AI and put it into the session, using your real sources and templates if you want, so people practice the exact new process they’ll use on the job. If your data is sensitive, we can work with anonymized or synthetic versions instead.
