Is there a minimum or maximum group size?

No strict minimums or maximums—our solutions scale for everything from small teams to large enterprises. To be cost-effective, a minimum of 8 participants is suggested, but not required. And ONLC has done software migrations with thousands of attendees, so no maximum.

Does ONLC offer training to meet DoD 8140 compliance requirements?

Yes, ONLC provides training aligned with DoD 8140 cybersecurity workforce requirements, including certifications like CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CEH, and others. This can be scheduled as private group training, and can include value-adds like exam preps and exam vouchers.

Can training for the Military be held onsite for in-person instruction?

Yes. For an additional fee, our instructor can travel to your facility to provide in-person training. You will need to confirm with the requested training installation in advance if that is a possibility and what requirements are mandatory.

For those on a limited budget, you can save significantly having the instructor online rather than in-person. Ask our Group Training Specialist about our online format and please Review RCI.

Can training be held at multiple locations simultaneously?

Yes! Our virtual platform supports simultaneous training across multiple locations. We use RCI™ to connect all the participants into the same training session. Alternatively, we can use conferencing technology such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams if necessary.

Can training be scheduled outside of typical business hours?

Yes. We can accommodate alternate training hours including nights and weekends. All scheduling is subject to instructor and support staff availability.

Can learning and delivery formats be mixed?

Absolutely. We can coordinate a hybrid approach tailored to your team's needs, locations and preferences. This can include learning formats such as lecture, demonstrations, hands-on training, self-study courses, and more. Our Group Training Specialist can tell you about the many options available and recommend what will work best for your group's specific needs and background.
