A Message from ONLC
The well-being of our employees and our clients is a top priority. For this reason, ONLC Training Centers has closed all of our convenient computer training locations through the end of April.
Because the purpose of ONLC Training Centers is to help you do your best with information technology, we’ve made some changes to our policies to help you get the training you need during this difficult time:
- Additional Support for At-Home Training.
Our classes have always been available for you to attend from your home or office. Recently, we created videos to show you just how easy it is to participate from your own location. In addition, our customer support staff can help walk you through the process of connecting from home. It's really easy—you got this! Click here for details

- Running Classes with Low Enrollments.
We have modified our process so that we are running more low-enrollment classes. Previously, we would have cancelled classes that didn't meet minimum revenue requirements. To help our clients meet their learning objectives, we are now running many classes at break even.
- On-Demand Option Offered.
We sometimes still need to reschedule clients to a class on a later date. Where possible, we have been offering On-Demand learning at no additional charge for the interim. As a result, clients can get a start on the training they need now on their own followed by the instructor-led training later.
- No Rescheduling Fees.
There will be no penalty fee for public classes that are rescheduled within 5 days of the class through May 2020.
We hope to be able to reopen some of our training centers in May. We will provide additional details in the upcoming weeks as more information comes available. In the meantime, please know that we have been providing IT training for over 37 years and we will be here for you when you come back.
