Microsoft Excel continues to be the most popular end user topic, and it continues to run strong in 2016, 2013 and 2010 software versions. To keep up with demand, ONLC offers most Excel titles multiple times per week.

On the technical side, CompTIA Security+ is in the top spot again this year. To keep up with demand we run this course just about every week. Security+ is an advanced-level, vendor-neutral certification that proves a technician’s competency in the field of security. It is also an approved certification for Department of Defense (DoD) 8140 / 8570.

AZURE: NEW JOB-ROLE CERTIFICATIONS

Microsoft is rolling out new role-based certifications. The first topic for the new certifications is Microsoft Azure.

The job-roles include Fundamentals (optional), Associate and Expert. You can jump-start your career, earn recognition, and validate your skills in a job role with industry-recognized Microsoft certifications.

The Microsoft authorized training you'll receive at ONLC can help you prepare for these new Microsoft Azure Role-Based certifications:

• Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate
  Responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Microsoft Azure solutions, including major services related to compute, storage, network, and security.
  
  
• Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate
  Develop for cloud storage, create Platform as a Service (PaaS) Solutions, secure cloud solutions, develop for an Azure cloud model, implement cloud integration solutions and develop Azure Cognitive Services, Bot, and IoT solutions.
  
  
• Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  Mastery of the skills needed to design solutions that run on Azure with expertise in compute, network, storage, and security.
  

Note, for a limited time transition exams are available for those who have already passed Azure Exams 70-532, 70-533 or 70-535 to achieve the newest Azure Administrator, Developer, and Solutions Architect certifications.
