ONLC Training Centers continues to experience increased demand for our classes as Remote Classroom Instruction (RCI™) grows in popularity. Now, we are also proud to report that we’ve made major improvements and additional investments in our internet infrastructure to support that demand.

Specifically, we've taken these measures to improve the response times between our remote classrooms and the lab computers in our data hosting centers:

• New England Bandwidth Upgrade.  In our New England Data Center we’ve upgraded the service coming from both of our internet service providers.  These upgrades resulted in a 20-fold increase in bandwidth.
   
• Mid-Atlantic Bandwidth Upgrade. Our Mid-Atlantic Data Center recently saw the addition of a third backup internet service provider as well as a speed boost from our primary internet service provider resulting in almost 5-fold increase in bandwidth.
  
  
• Router Upgrades. We’ve upgraded the routers at our three data centers to handle increased traffic into our lab computers from our remote classrooms.
   
• Remote Classrooms Upgrades. We've improved the bandwidth monitoring capabilities on thousands of computers deployed at our over 250 remote classroom facilities. As a result of this improved level of feedback, we can more easily identify sites experiencing slower response times and schedule upgrades as appropriate.

ONLC is making the additional investments necessary to keep up with the growing demand for Remote Classroom Instruction. We hope to continue to earn your business with these and other improvements scheduled into the next year.
